Terms of Service

Payments and Down Payment

Deposit (50%): A 50% deposit is required in advance to reserve your spot on the waiting list/schedule and get the project started.

Final Payment (50%): The remaining 50% must be paid once the piece is completed, prior to the delivery of the final high-resolution file with watermarks, unless a commercial use service has been purchased.

Refund Policy: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the sketching process has begun.

Major revisions (changes to poses, composition, or key elements) must be requested during the sketching phase.

Drastic changes made after the sketch has been approved, or revisions beyond those originally agreed upon, will incur an additional charge.

Deliverables and Watermark

Delivery Formats: The final files will be sent via email in digital format (PNG / JPEG) at the highest resolution.

Watermark: The artwork will include a discreet signature/watermark by the artist. It is strictly prohibited to remove, crop, or edit the watermark from the original drawing. For commercial services, the artwork is delivered without the watermark.

"Single Cover" Package: Includes a license for use on music distribution platforms and promotion of the cover art.

Emotes: Includes a license for their use and integration on streaming and community platforms (Twitch, Discord, YouTube, etc.).

Resale and AI: Resale of the work, the creation of merchandise (unless a separate commercial license is agreed upon), and the use of the image in databases for training Artificial Intelligence (AI) or NFTs are not permitted.
